#WeRemember: The most massive commemorative campaign on the Internet will remind the victims of the Holocaust
"Anti-Semitism is by far the most widespread today since World War II. And that´s why we all have to declare togother today that WE REMEMBER," said Robert Singer, CEO of the WJC. "The goal is to get closer to thoose who either don´t know much about the Holocaust or deny it completely. The use of social media is a guide to getting closer to the next generation, because it will soon be up to them to continue telling this story, ensuring that the destruction of the Holocaust and the six million murdered Jews is not forgotten. We want to reach millions of people and honor the memory of every single victim," added Singer.
Photograph yourself - with your friends, family, classmates, co-workers or members of your religious communities, holding a sheet of paper that says "WE REMEMBER". Then post it directly on your Facebook, Twitter or Instagram and don´t forget to connect the hashtag #WeRemember. The second way is to send these photos directly to: weremember@wjc.org.
