Withdrawal from Contract

If you purchased from us as a consumer, you may withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Simply fill in the form below and we will promptly confirm receipt of your withdrawal. Please return the goods to us within 14 days of withdrawal; the cost of the return is borne by you. We will refund your payment within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before we have received the goods or proof that they have been sent back. The right of withdrawal does not apply, for example, to goods customised to your wishes or to perishable goods. Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
