Ingredients: 6 eggs, a whole packet of this mixture, 750 millilitres of water, 4 tablespoons of rapeseed/coconut oil
Preparation: Beat the eggs in a bowl for about a minute until they lighten. Then add the water, pancake mix and oil to the eggs in the bowl. Mix carefully until you get a smooth, runny batter.
Add a little oil to the pan and heat over a medium flame. Scoop the desired batter per pancake and pour into the pan and fry on both sides until golden.
