    Explanation

    שברכת (Shebirkat) - "May the blessing" (literally "that blessing"). "Še-" is here short for "may", "birkat" is "blessing".

    בר המצווה (Bar Mitzvah) - "Bar Mitzvah"

    שלך (shelcha) - "your" (masculine form, because we are addressing a boy)

    תישאר (yisha'er) - "will remain" (future tense, masculine form, singular)

    איתך (itcha) - "with you" (masculine form)

    לכל החיים! (lechol ha'chayim!) - "for your whole life!" (literally "for all lives")

    This phrase is natural and commonly used in Hebrew.
