This rare silver Hanukiah dates from the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy and bears the prestigious hallmark with the head of Diana looking to the left, which was used in Austria until 1920. It is an authentic antique that bears witness to the rich traditions of the Jewish community in the Habsburg Empire and is a valuable testament to the goldsmith's craft from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The Hanukiah is conceived as a compact table candlestick with eight candlesticks placed in a row on a simple base with two curved legs, which ensure the stability of the whole piece.

The eight candlesticks have an elegant vase shape. Despite being an antique, the Hanukiah surprises with its simple style, which makes it more distinctive than other period candlesticks. The base has a minimalist design with a smooth surface and functional feet. The natural patina of the silver and traces of use give the chanukiya an authentic historical character.
