    This delicate pink wine was produced in accordance with strict kosher rules - KOSHER FOR PASSOVER - and is intended primarily for Kiddush — a festive sanctification ceremony that accompanies the arrival of Shabbat and Jewish holidays, during which it is customary to reach for wine of precisely this character. In its taste, delicate residual sugar, which lends the wine a pleasant sweetness, harmoniously combines with refreshing acidity and subtle tannins, which were enhanced by fermentation and subsequent aging in oak. The result is a fresh, pleasant and balanced wine with a naturally full expression, which through longer aging in the bottle gradually gains in complexity and matures into the profile of natural dessert wines.
