Frozen ground beef from Italian production Gustofino – Fine Kosher Foods, from the Carne Bovina Extra / Selezione Gourmet range. The meat comes from the premium selection of Halak Bet Yosef and is certified as Kosher Lemehadrin (Lubavitch slaughter, EK / K certification).

This is a pure product without unnecessary additives – contains only beef and salt. Naturally gluten-free and lactose-free. The coarser grind gives the meat excellent structure, making it suitable for burgers, ground meat dishes, meatballs, meat balls, ragù and Bolognese sauces, stuffed vegetables, and traditional Shabbat and holiday dishes.

Composition: beef, salt > 1.1%. Origin of meat: EU. Meat preparation.

Storage and preparation: keep at −18 °C. Thaw in the refrigerator at 0 to +4 °C. Consume only after heat treatment. Do not refreeze thawed meat.
