Whole chicken (poulet PAC – prêt à cuire), quality class A, deeply frozen. Sourced from Leader Cash production and certified as Volaille Casher LePessah Laméhadrin – meaning kosher for Passover, in mehadrin standard.
Slaughter (shechita) and koshering were carried out in full accordance with halakha under continuous supervision of the Chief Rabbinate in Strasbourg (Beth-Din de Strasbourg), Lubavitch shechita, hechsher Kosher Bassari (meat, therefore cannot be combined with dairy products). Authenticity is guaranteed only with an intact holographic label on the packaging.
The chicken is already salted and rinsed according to kosher regulations, so it is ready for direct kitchen preparation – roasting whole, for family dinner, for the Sabbath table, and for broth. The meat has a fine texture and distinctive flavor; the weight of around 2 kg is typically sufficient for 4–6 servings.

Store at −18 °C; do not refreeze after thawing. Intended for consumption only after heat treatment.
Recommendation: thaw slowly in the refrigerator (approx. 12–24 hours) and process within 24 hours of thawing. Before roasting, there is no need to salt as heavily as regular chicken – the meat is already lightly salted from koshering.
